Mac and Cheese

Mac and cheese 

again tonight. 
Not even Kraft, 
but Ralph's store brand.

No milk or butter
to add flavor,
or blend with 
the cheese powder.

Not a bad side, 
but not an entree,
even with a small
wilted salad.

Tonight, I'll dream 
of cold milk
on my Ralph's 
Wheat Chex.
